Thrive South Side’s services are available to South Side residents, ages 18 – 64 who are without health insurance or on Medicaid. Maternal health services are available to any age.

Then he met Sharisse, a Thrive South Side Community Health Worker, who brought him clothes that fit and a heater for a house with a broken window, and connected him to transportation that gets him to the food pantry every month.
